Damages Caused During Car Shipping
To make sure we can validate your damage claim, make sure you review
the information below as it will help the process run smoothly.
You Must Inspect Your Car Before Releasing it for Shipping
We recommend that in addition to receiving a condition report document
from us for your car, you should also detail any pre-existing damage
to your car. You can take photographs of the car, date them, and
attach them to the condition report.
It is important that you have a detailed description of your car
prior to transport. You should include with the condition report
or other documents the current mileage and any known damage. This
report is important in case any damages arise.
Vehicle Delivery Inspection and Acceptance
When your car is delivered make sure to carefully inspect it. Look for obvious damage or changes to the car's condition that may have occurred during the shipping.
If there are any problems, make sure to write them out on the condition report . Have the driver sign the document and date it.
Please avoid accepting your vehicle at night or in any other dark place where you cannot do a full inspection. Once you have accepted your car, your signed documentation is what protects you.
