Car Shipping INSPECTION
When accepting delivery of your vehicle after auto shipping, you
need to do a full inspection inside and out.
When your car arrives inspect the vehicle from top to bottom. Make sure to check under the car and the roof. Also look at the front and back bumpers.
You will need to compare the condition and mileage of your automobile
against the original inspection report that was given to you. This
information should have been provided by West Coast
prior to the shipment.
If there are any problems, write them down and make sure the driver
signs off on it.
Without being viewed and signed by the driver, you have little recourse if damage had occurred during transit.
